Welcome to our website Log Home Lures, these terms and conditions are an outline of our rules and guidelines. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to our company Log Home Lures. We also use the terminology “Customer”, “You” and “Your” this refers to you. By using or viewing loghomelures.com you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Right to Change Terms & Conditions:
Please acknowledge that Log Home Lures has the rights to change the terms and conditions at anytime without notice to the customer. For example, availability of products, and prices and any other changes.
Shipping Purchases:
It is important that all customers are aware that it is their responsibility to ensure all shipping information is entered in correctly. Once the order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes to the order. We send our orders through Canada Post
Shipping rates are based on the current Canada post rate by weight.

Billing / Payment Information
It is important that all customers are aware that it is their responsibility to ensure all Billing / Payment information is entered in correctly. Once the order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes to the order.
Processing Time:
Orders that have special requests like colours, designs or patterns these can take up to 12 days to complete. We ensure that each of our handcrafted fishing lures provides quality and customer satisfaction.
Returns:
At Log Home Lures we have a no return policy, all sales are final. The only acceptance is when a product is received defective Or you received the wrong item. If you this were to happen please contact us via email loghomelures@gmail.com we would be happy to assist you

Our website has a variety of different payment options such as Square Up a third party credit card processing company for accepting payments. For customers that are located in the United States, we accept PayPal. We also provide the option to E-Transfer the funds.
